Fusion is made up of two connected components: Fusion Core is the back-end system where sales journeys, rules, and territories are configured and controlled, Fusion Pulse is the mobile app used by sales reps in the field to follow those journeys, capture data, and execute sales in real time.

What is PSI Fusion Core?

Fusion Core is the central configuration, orchestration, and reporting layer of the PSI Fusion platform. It is where (back-office) commercial and operations teams design sales journeys, manage territories and addresses, monitor performance, and connect sales activity to downstream systems.

Fusion Core acts as the single source of truth for how sales should be executed across channels, with a particular focus on field and door-to-door sales.

Fusion Core enables organisations to:

  • Manage address and territory intelligence.
  • Set up and assign campaigns, routes, zones, and address-level targeting.

Reporting and data access in Fusion Core

Fusion Core includes a built-in reporting dashboard that provides real-time visibility into sales activity, conversion, and performance across regions, teams, and campaigns.

For organisations with existing reporting tools and processes, Fusion Core also supports:

  • Data export via PSI’s Outcomes API
  • Manual CSV exports

This allows customers to integrate Fusion data into their own BI tools, CRM systems, or operational reporting workflows without being locked into a single reporting approach.

How does Fusion Core integrate with other systems?

Fusion Core connects with CRM, OSS, and BSS systems through available integrations, including platforms such as SAP, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics. Sales and activity data captured through the platform can be shared downstream to support fulfilment, provisioning, and operational processes.

This ensures field sales activity is aligned with internal systems while allowing organisations to maintain flexibility in how data is consumed and processed.

What does the Fusion Pulse app do?

Fusion Pulse enables field sales reps to:

  • Receive clear, optimised daily routes based on assigned territories and addresses.
  • Adjust routes on the go based on mode of travel, access, or local conditions to improve efficiency
  • Follow guided, step-by-step sales journeys
  • Capture accurate customer, address, and consent data
  • Record activity and progress in real time
  • Complete sales confidently without unnecessary admin

By embedding compliance and validation into the sales flow, Fusion Pulse reduces errors and rework after submission.

Online and offline field sales support

Fusion Pulse is available on Android and IOS, and works both online and offline, allowing sales reps to continue operating in areas with limited or unreliable connectivity.

Data captured offline is securely synced once a connection is available, ensuring no loss of information and minimal disruption to sales activity.

Multiple sales journeys per rep

Fusion Pulse supports multiple sales journeys per representative. This is particularly important for sales agencies or teams selling on behalf of multiple telco or energy providers, each with different products, processes, or compliance requirements.

Journeys are configured centrally in Fusion Core and delivered seamlessly to the app.
