Built with OCR Technology

Touchstone uses AI document reader technology known as Optical Character Recognition (OCR), allowing customers to snap a picture of an old bill (or any other paper document) so the system can read the document and fill in the form automatically.

Plug & Play Templates

Multiple templates can be defined in Touchstone, allowing for advanced document mapping, and matching, by the AI reader.

For example, customers upload a copy of a recent bill, and Touchstone’s AI recognises and ‘reads’ the matched fields, regardless of supplier – extracting and collecting all relevant data and storing it in your backend system.

AI data ‘reading’ is both faster than manual data entry, and allows for more data to be extracted, opening up more ways for you to engage with customers, and streamlining your sales and data efficiencies.

Touchstone’s interface is straightforward and intuitive to use, so you can build attractive, strategically designed forms in just minutes.

Our builder includes CSS tools to adapt your forms to your brand, and a framework to plug and play the steps and triggers of your sales processes, so you can create logic-driven forms that capture the right data along every step of your customer journeys.

Contactless Forms

Touchstone forms are simple to share and painless for customers to complete – sales reps can send any form via text message for touch-less completion. The customer simply taps the link and fills out the form directly from their mobile device.

Touchstone allows for two-phase sales journeys, where the rep (or the system) begins filling out certain fields, and the customer completes the journey from their device.

External Data Sources & APIs

Touchstone can pull data from a variety of internal and external sources for use in your forms, including (but not limited to) third-party digital identification, CRMs and customer databases, customer appointment booking and lead management systems, and internal payment and banking systems.

Automated messages can be catered for via Teams, Slack and more, so you can truly be connected to your customers.
